Solutions Architect (Cloud Native)

What you will do

• Understand customer needs and pain points, then design and implement solutions using open-source and hirify.global technologies.
• Work with prospective customers adopting Dapr in existing brownfield and new greenfield applications.
• Onboard customers to hirify.global Cloud through technical guidance and implementation support.
• Create and deliver customer demos and build proof-of-concept solutions in multiple programming languages.
• Provide architecture guidance for cloud-native technologies and distributed systems.
• Bring customer insights to engineering, product, and leadership teams to influence features, priorities, and strategic direction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Developer Advocate, or similar technical customer-facing role.
• Experience designing and building enterprise applications and solutions.
• Strong understanding of computer science principles, especially distributed systems.
• Solid development experience with at least one of Java, .NET, or Go, plus good experience with Node and Python.
• Experience with open-source software and Git-based version control systems.
• Excellent customer engagement and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other container-based systems.
• Experience with public cloud providers.
• Experience with ASP.NET Core, Express, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Experience with Dapr.
• Experience working in a high-growth startup focused on cloud and open-source technologies.
