TL;DR
Technical Cloud Architect (Azure + AWS) (Cloud & DevOps): Architecting and implementing Azure infrastructure, DevOps, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions with an accent on Kubernetes, cloud modernization, and repeatable service design. Focus on designing CI/CD pipelines, developing Azure Marketplace offerings, expanding cloud capabilities into new regions and verticals, and leading complex technical engagements.
Location: Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, or Germany; remote or office-based. Occasional travel to customers in the US, UK, and Europe.

What you will do
- Lead the development of repeatable cloud solutions and packaged service offerings.
- Architect and implement Azure infrastructure, DevOps, hybrid, and multi-cloud solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Design repeatable solutions for the Azure Marketplace and support Microsoft cloud partnership initiatives.
- Research Microsoft and third-party services to build new cloud capabilities.
- Expand the Azure Cloud Practice into new regions and industry verticals.
- Engage with customers in the US, UK, and Europe through occasional travel.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience designing, architecting, and maintaining complex cloud solutions aligned with the Well-Architected Framework.
- At least 3 years of experience deploying and configuring core Microsoft Azure services.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales, service offering sales, or a similar area.
- Expertise in Azure infrastructure, DevOps, cloud-native solutions, Kubernetes, and migration and modernization projects.
- Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins, alongside strong software development and DevOps knowledge.
- Fluent English and strong written and verbal communication skills for leading virtual, multicultural teams.
