Senior Solutions Architect (AI)

Location: Remote from New York City or other U.S. locations, supporting the East Coast Timezone

Compensation: $213,000–$255,000 OTE for New York City; $159,375–$191,250 OTE for other U.S. locations, plus equity and commission.

What you will do

• Lead customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of hirify.global solutions.
• Guide customers through onboarding, implementation, adoption, and ongoing technical success.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes workloads, pods, networking, storage, and resource management in production.
• Resolve complex data movement and integration issues involving databases, CDC, replication, synchronization, REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and JSON.
• Help customers integrate LLM-based tooling and AI agent frameworks into their data infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve qualification, deal cycles, customer satisfaction, retention, and the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Professional Services Engineer, or consultant.
• 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally involving modern data infrastructure, cloud applications, databases, ELT tools, or data warehouses.
• Hands-on experience with one or more AI frameworks.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and strong knowledge of databases, SQL, CDC, replication, data synchronization, REST APIs, OAuth, API keys, JWT, webhooks, and JSON.
• Proven experience supporting products that directly impact business productivity, with strong customer orientation and technical presentation skills.
• Must work remotely from New York City or another U.S. location and support the East Coast Timezone.

• Experience with AI agent frameworks and prompt engineering best practices.
• Startup implementation experience in modern data infrastructure.
• Experience creating technical content, demos, blog posts, or conference talks.
