Enterprise Engagement Manager

Base salary: $170,000–$220,000 OTE annually

What you will do

• Scope implementations and own solution design, deciding what to build, configure, or challenge.
• Partner with customers to define new use cases, integrations, and product capabilities.
• Run engagements from kickoff through go-live, adoption, and account expansion.
• Work with forward-deployed engineers on integrations, data pipelines, and platform connections.
• Manage customer relationships through the executive level, setting expectations and identifying risks early.
• Bring field insights back to Product to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years owning ambiguous, customer-facing problems end to end in professional services, solutions, consulting, product, or a startup.
• Product mindset with the ability to identify core problems and distinguish must-haves from nice-to-haves.
• Experience presenting business cases to VP or C-level buyers.
• Technical aptitude with APIs, data flows, and ERP integrations; coding is not required.
• Track record of owning delivery and adapting plans as scope changes.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude to improve work.
