Sales Development Representative

Location: Full-time, in-person position in the Austin, TX office

What you will do

• Manage the initial stages of prospective client relationships before scheduling meetings with senior sales team members.
• Engage prospective clients through phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person conferences.
• Research potential clients and build a qualified sales pipeline.
• Learn the product and prepare for progression into an Account Executive role or another desired career path.

Requirements

• Strong interest in developing a career in sales; prior sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Coachability, willingness to learn, and the ambition to succeed in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Strong communication and listening skills with a positive approach.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment, develop, and make an impact.
• Ability to work in person at the Austin, TX office.
