Project Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own complex technical and data-centric projects from planning through completion.
• Create and maintain project plans covering milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support stakeholders.
• Track project health, scope changes, decisions, risks, and dependencies, providing updates to leadership.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, remove blockers, and drive timely decisions and escalations.
• Use AI and automation tools to streamline project workflows and reduce manual administration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical project management experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology and data projects with multiple dependencies.
• Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, architecture dependencies, and software delivery processes.
• Ability to turn ambiguous initiatives into structured plans with milestones, owners, risks, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for presenting concise updates, risks, trade-offs, and decisions to directors and senior leadership.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed remote environment from Colombia.
