Project Manager

What you will do

• Take full ownership of project delivery from discovery phase through to final release.
• Define project scope, structure delivery plans, and track progress against defined metrics.
• Lead communication and manage alignment between internal teams and client-side stakeholders.
• Anticipate project risks, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve delivery blockers.
• Control scope changes and ensure consistent reporting to key stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile processes and contribute to pre-sales activities like estimations and solution design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end software projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing project scope, timelines, priorities, and client expectations.
• Understanding of system architecture basics, APIs, and delivery lifecycles.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

• Experience managing high-uncertainty or fixed-price projects.
• Exposure to pre-sales, discovery, or solution design phases.
• Budget management and financial tracking skills.
