Junior Project Manager

Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world, or onsite from offices in Kyiv, Lviv, or Warsaw

What you will do

• Coordinate project delivery from discovery through release, defining scope and maintaining delivery plans.
• Lead collaboration between internal teams and client-side stakeholders, clarify expectations, and drive decisions.
• Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, control scope changes, and maintain predictable delivery.
• Establish delivery metrics and provide clear, consistent stakeholder reporting.
• Facilitate Agile processes, remove blockers, and improve team efficiency.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including estimations and solution discussions.

Requirements

• At least 1.5 years of experience in IT project management or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile practices.
• Ability to independently manage scope, timelines, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience working directly with clients, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading internal and client-side contributors.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools; understanding of system architecture basics, APIs, and delivery processes.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously or working with distributed and international teams.
• Exposure to pre-sales, discovery, budgeting, or resource planning.
• Experience with fixed-scope or fixed-price delivery models.
• Technical background in development, QA, or business analysis.
