What you will do

• Design and deliver strategic supply chains ensuring redundancy, scalability, and cross-functional alignment.
• Execute the full strategic sourcing lifecycle from supplier identification to long-term agreement negotiation.
• Provide strategic insights to senior leadership regarding performance trends and supply chain optimization.
• Conduct global market research to identify sustainable and competitive suppliers.
• Manage strategic supplier partnerships and monitor performance through KPIs and audits.
• Lead site and cross-site supply chain activities to drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, production engineering, or project management.
• Strong negotiation skills and working knowledge of procurement and contract law.
• Proven ability to establish new functions and work with a frontier mentality.
• Excellent understanding of business systems and supply chain processes.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• Experience creating supply chains for complex mechanical, electronic, or software components.
