Principal, Product Manager, Pads

Salary: $147,000–$196,500 per year, plus annual bonus eligibility

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and portfolio management for the CMP Pads semiconductor business.
• Develop business and product strategies based on customer needs, technology trends, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize resources, and drive execution across commercial, technical, and operational activities.
• Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to improve capacity, yield, cost, supply continuity, change execution, and customer delivery.
• Support strategic customer engagements and translate customer requirements into actionable plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, business management, marketing, operations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in the semiconductor or advanced materials industry is required.
• Strong business, financial, and people acumen, including pricing, profitability, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize across stakeholders, influence decisions in a complex global organization, and deliver executive presentations.
