Product Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an expectation of working from an HPE office an average of 2 days per week. The listed position is in the United States, with salary ranges specified for Colorado and Texas.

Salary: USD 111,500–211,500 annually in Colorado; USD 106,000–243,000 annually in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end product strategy and operational roadmap for a product.
• Define the value proposition, target customer segments, and business case for innovative products.
• Translate market requirements into customer-focused marketing and product priorities.
• Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across planning, development, launch, management, and end-of-life phases.
• Align engineering, supply chain, and marketing partners to optimize margins and execute product plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a related field.
• Technical understanding of the relevant industry.
• Experience developing product strategy and leading teams to achieve results.
• Skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial performance metric creation and analysis.
• Business acumen, root cause analysis, problem detection, and ability to provide product-specific technical training.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree in computer science or engineering.
