Software Engineer (AI)

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Build backend systems that power AI agents across data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure.
• Develop AI assistant features such as Slack charts and alerts, natural-language queries, and platform resource management.
• Create activity-stream visualizations with filters, timestamps, and frequency charts for agent behavior.
• Implement dynamic knowledge that automatically updates from sources such as status pages.
• Build agent memory and recent-interaction lookups to preserve conversation context across sessions.
• Own smaller projects end-to-end while contributing to larger initiatives with senior engineers.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Curiosity and a habit of asking questions to understand how and why systems work.
• Ability to receive feedback and iterate quickly.
• Preference for shipping practical, high-quality solutions.
• Interest in growing at an early-stage startup with meaningful responsibility.
