Location: Remote, but must reside in Delaware

Pay: Up to $232 per hour, depending on session type

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care and personalized treatment.
• Conduct clinical and prescribing sessions for matched clients.
• Build and grow a sustainable psychiatric practice with a commitment of at least two days per week.
• Maintain autonomy over treatment decisions.
• Use secure telehealth, scheduling, patient communication, and clinically backed AI tools for notes, treatment plans, and session summaries.

Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner residing in Delaware.
• At least two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
• Ability to treat the practice as a primary professional priority rather than occasional supplemental work.
