Virtual Physician (Telemedicine)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be authorized to work and physically located in the U.S.

Pay per completed visit: $12 per chat visit; $50 per video visit.

What you will do

• Provide asynchronous and synchronous virtual care for adult patients across urgent, acute, and primary care needs.
• Make clinical decisions using independent judgment and broad clinical synthesis.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, imaging, specialist e-consults, referrals, and transitions to in-person care when appropriate.
• Maintain continuity and follow-through beyond a single patient interaction.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists within the broader care model.
• Use technology-supported workflows for intake, documentation, and care coordination.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted multistate licensure covering at least 30% of the U.S. population.
• Authorization to work and physical location within the United States are required.
• Ability to practice within scope, manage diagnostic ambiguity, and exercise independent clinical judgment.
• Adaptability with clinical tools, workflows, and virtual-first care settings.
• Experience overseeing clinical groups, workflows, or policies is valued for this role.

Nice to have

• Licensure in California, Texas, Florida, or New York.
• Previous telehealth experience.
