Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site at the New York headquarters

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 base salary per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and technical product roles, from sourcing through offer close.
• Partner with engineering leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate interview loops, and build scorecards.
• Source passive technical candidates through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative channels.
• Guide candidates through the process, communicate hirify.global’s mission and opportunity, and manage offer negotiations.
• Build scalable recruiting processes, tools, metrics, and employer-brand initiatives.
• Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time-to-fill to improve recruiting strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth startups.
• Proven experience hiring software engineers, ML/AI talent, or similar technical roles at a fast-scaling company.
• Strong passive-candidate sourcing, technical-talent assessment, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, operate with urgency, and build processes from the ground up.
• Familiarity with sourcing and ATS tools such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Juicebox.
• Willingness to collaborate in person at the New York headquarters.
