Sr. Delivery Solutions Architect (Data & AI)

What you will do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategies and execution plans for complex strategic customers.
• Drive onboarding, enablement, production go-live, adoption, and healthy consumption across Databricks workloads.
• Act as the accountable technical leader and first contact for production and go-live issues across multiple use cases.
• Coordinate Solutions Architects, Professional Services, Support, User Education, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Develop execution plans covering use-case delivery, user growth, product adoption, cloud cost control, optimization, and governance.
• Provide KPI updates on usage, customer health, investment status, risks, adoption, and use-case progression.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience accountable for technical project or program delivery in Data and AI.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems and of linking business value to project deliverables.
• Experience with technical program or project management, stakeholder and resource management, discovery workshops, strategic roadmaps, and complex delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience; willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
