Principal Architect/Solution Architect Senior Director (Databricks)

Location: Remote/Homebased in the United States; primary location is Conway, Arkansas

What you will do

• Advise clients and align enterprise-scale technical solutions with business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Lead solution design, technical discovery, proposal development, scoping, estimation, and cost modeling for complex opportunities.
• Oversee the transition from pre-sales to implementation and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
• Design scalable cloud data, real-time processing, Customer Data Platform, and Customer 360 solutions.
• Develop reusable architecture frameworks and best practices while identifying improvements that increase client value and profitability.
• Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams, and mentor architects and other team members.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales and solution implementation.
• 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including executive-level engagement.
• 5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing environments.
• Deep expertise in enterprise solution architecture and complex systems design.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; cloud migration strategies; and Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
• Experience with identity resolution, clean room technologies, Customer Data Platforms, real-time data architectures, and AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
