Solution Architect (AI): Designing end-to-end enterprise and solution architectures for industrial customers, including integrations, data models, ingestion pipelines, and user-facing solutions with an accent on AI, data engineering, and cloud platforms. Focus on integrating Cognite data connectors with SQL, Python/Java, REST APIs, and Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud while translating customer needs into scalable product offerings.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for large international industrial customers.
- Define enterprise and solution architectures, including integrations, data models, data ingestion pipelines, and user-facing solutions.
- Use architecture modeling tools to communicate complex technical solutions.
- Manage integrations, data modeling, and related activities using data connectors and extractors, SQL, Python or Java, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
- Provide strategic and technical expertise to customers and customer-facing project teams, including operational support for delivered solutions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to translate customer needs into prioritized product offerings.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Machine Learning Engineer.
- Hands-on Python skills and strong knowledge of software development best practices.
- Technical background with the ability to contribute code to advanced topics when needed.
- Ability to work independently, lead and coach others, and take ownership of tasks.
- Highly organized, thorough, and able to communicate effectively with customers, C-level executives, IT managers, and business data managers.
- Open to travel.

- Experience in manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, pharma, or life sciences.
