Product Operations Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Coordinate internal product projects from inception through launch, managing timelines, deliverables, quality, and budget.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize work, and maintain clear communication.
• Improve and scale product development processes, workflows, documentation, and release communications.
• Administer the product management technology stack, create workflows, manage tool vendors and contracts, and provide internal training and support.
• Manage delivery risks, external vendors, and contractors while escalating issues when needed.
• Analyze product performance data and user feedback, and ensure tools and processes meet privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management or product operations, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
• Experience implementing AI workflows and solutions for product teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with project management and product tools such as Jira, Asana, Pendo, or Productboard.
• Analytical skills, familiarity with Agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle, and understanding of risk management, quality assurance, or compliance processes.
