Product Operations Manager

Location: Palo Alto, California, United States; hybrid, with in-person collaboration 3 days per week. Candidates based in the Bay Area are preferred.

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale product operations processes from intake and prioritization through product launch.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Optimize processes, dashboards, and operating cadences to improve input collection and product delivery.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
• Support Product Managers with operational insights throughout the product lifecycle and act as a customer-informed partner to product development.
• Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects involving AI, automation, and new operating approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Management Consulting, or a related role within a technology company.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and data analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to improve internal processes and operational workflows.
• Ability to structure ambiguous operational problems, identify high-impact automation opportunities, and work with technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience driving cross-functional change management, with strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and customer-centric leadership skills.
