Senior Product Operations Manager (AI)

Location: Dublin, Ohio, United States; hybrid work with three days per week on-site

What you will do

• Lead annual and quarterly product portfolio planning, prioritization, roadmap sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Partner with Finance and Product leadership on budgets, forecasts, business cases, and investment recommendations.
• Establish portfolio governance, delivery visibility, executive reporting, risk escalation, and decision forums.
• Standardize product operations across divisions, including portfolio intake, roadmap management, reporting, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Review and improve the end-to-end product development lifecycle from customer engagement and requirements through launch readiness, adoption tracking, and post-release learning.
• Develop AI-enabled product-management workflows using copilots, automation, and agent-based tools, with practical adoption roadmaps and responsible-use guardrails.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is strongly desired.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, product operations, program management, portfolio management, software delivery leadership, or a related function.
• Experience with product and delivery platforms such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Aha!, Productboard, Planview, Clarity, Jira Align, Confluence, Power BI, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, executive presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of AI tools, copilots, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and practical AI use cases in business or product workflows.
• Experience leading standardization, process improvement, organizational change, budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, or portfolio-level financial analysis.
