Strategy & Operations - Frontier (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; hybrid policy requires staff to be in one of the offices at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market operations for product and model launches, including account selection, field readiness, and launch-week execution.
• Analyze customer adoption signals, usage patterns, migration behavior, and field feedback to create executive readouts.
• Design and operate feedback loops across account executives, customer success, Applied AI, and customer response teams.
• Develop and iterate the go-to-market new product introduction methodology, including launch cadence, roles, handoffs, and readiness standards.
• Coordinate launch planning across Product, Research, Sales Strategy & Operations, Applied AI, Customer Success, Finance, Security & Safeguards, and Compute.
• Partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, capacity planning, and launch cohort efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or go-to-market strategy and operations.
• Experience building and running high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with significant cross-functional dependencies in a fast-moving product company.
• Ability to balance business, safety, and repeatability considerations and turn successful execution into scalable methodology.
• Strong executive communication skills, including writing leadership readouts and presenting to Product, Research, and Finance stakeholders.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including metric design, reporting, signal analysis, and collaboration with analytics engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience is required.

Nice to have

• SQL, code-level data proficiency, advanced Sheets or Excel modeling, and experience with Looker, BigQuery, or similar BI tools.
• Experience at an AI, developer-tools, API-first, or B2B SaaS company with consumption-based pricing.
• Experience in sales, revenue operations, product marketing, or product management.
• Familiarity with safety, trust and safety, or security-review processes in a product context.
• Experience operating effectively amid significant product and operating-model ambiguity.
