Strategy & Operations - Frontier (AI)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; hybrid with staff expected to work from an office at least 25% of the time

What you will do

• Serve as the GTM directly responsible individual for product and model launches, including account selection, field readiness, and launch-week operations.
• Analyze customer adoption signals, usage patterns, migration behavior, and field feedback for executive leadership.
• Design field response loops that capture, triage, and route feedback across Account Executives, Customer Success, Applied AI, Product, and Research.
• Develop and improve the GTM new product introduction methodology, operating cadence, launch-readiness standards, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate commercial readiness with Product and Research, and partner with Capacity teams on rate limits, provisioning, and capacity planning.
• Support competitive response planning and post-launch execution across segments and regions.

Requirements

• Experience in product operations, PMM operations, release management, management consulting, or GTM strategy and operations.
• Experience running high-stakes, operations-heavy programs with significant cross-functional dependencies in a fast-moving product company.
• Ability to balance business, safety, and repeatability considerations and turn successful execution into scalable methodology.
• Strong executive communication, analytical, metrics design, reporting, and actionable-insight skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to work under the San Francisco hybrid office policy.

Nice to have

• SQL, code-level data proficiency, sophisticated spreadsheet modeling, and experience with Looker, BigQuery, or similar BI tools.
• Experience at an AI, developer-tools, API-first, or B2B SaaS company with consumption-based pricing.
• Background in sales, revenue operations, product marketing, product management, safety, trust and safety, or security-review processes.
• Experience operating successfully in ambiguity while products and operating models change rapidly.
