Operations Lead (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California; on-site Monday–Friday

Base pay: $200,000–$380,000 USD per year, plus equity

hirify.global is building personal AI systems, including training infrastructure, open-weight model post-training, personal hardware, and next-generation interfaces.

What you will do

• Partner with the founders across the company’s highest-priority problems and initiatives.
• Turn ambiguous situations into clear recommendations, decisions, and execution plans.
• Connect research, engineering, product, hardware, go-to-market, legal, HR, finance, IT, and security functions.
• Establish operating mechanisms that improve decision-making, communication, and execution as the company scales.
• Identify organizational opportunities, risks, dependencies, and unmet needs across functions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, automation, decision-making, and execution.

Requirements

• Significant experience in operations, strategy, program management, chief of staff, consulting, or a similar high-ownership role.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth technology environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work through ambiguity, create structure, build alignment, and move between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Strong data fluency and technical curiosity.
• Strong fluency with modern AI technologies and tools, including LLMs, agents, and AI-powered productivity.

Nice to have

• Experience working closely with founders or executive leadership at a high-growth technology company.
• Experience in AI, machine learning, developer infrastructure, hardware, or another highly technical environment.
