TL;DR

Partner Strategy & Operations Manager: Leading strategy and execution for hirify.global's Partner and Consultant motions with an accent on scaling growth and driving program unification. Focus on building and owning core operating processes, frameworks, and data-backed strategies to accelerate hirify.global adoption and drive ARR growth.

Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, California, or New York, New York). Requires in-office work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays; additional in-office days may be required for certain teams or positions.

Salary: $185,000–$220,000 per year (for roles based in San Francisco or New York City).

What you will do

  • Lead annual and semi-annual planning for the Partner organization, including investment recommendations, headcount, and OKRs.
  • Build and own revenue and capacity models to inform investment decisions and translate insights into recommendations.
  • Design and run "rhythm of the business" operating cadences for KPI and OKR reviews.
  • Partner with BizTech and Data teams to define requirements and deliver necessary systems, reporting, and analytics.
  • Improve Partner processes, guiding optimization and automation across areas like onboarding and lead generation.
  • Guide and design data-backed strategies, including tiering, incentives, and referral models.

Requirements

  • Strong analytics and modeling capabilities to structure ambiguous problems and distill insights.
  • Process-oriented mindset for workflow optimization and automation, with impact and ROI focus.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional influence across all levels and functions.
  • Project management skills to translate strategies into clear milestones and goals.
  • 7+ years of applied experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or Consulting within tech/SaaS.
  • Expertise in Partner and Consultant models and Go to Market operations.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with Partner systems.
  • Advanced analytics, statistics background, or SQL skills.
  • Broader GTM operations experience (e.g., Sales, CS, CX, Marketing Ops).
  • Direct executive leadership support experience.
