Staff Technical Program Manager (AI/ML)

Location: On-site in Boston or NYC, 5 days per week. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Salary: $230,000–$300,000 annual base salary, plus target equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical programs from scoping through rollout and ongoing tracking.
• Coordinate model launches, multi-team engineering efforts, and major engineering initiatives.
• Build the TPM function at Suno, including its operating model and organizing principles.
• Coach and mentor program managers while creating the team structure and practices.
• Partner with engineering leadership to improve collaboration, execution speed, and team velocity.
• Coordinate initiatives that turn Suno’s creative music mission into shipped products.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in program management or technical program management.
• Technical and coding fluency sufficient to understand engineering work and engage hands-on.
• Experience building and delivering programs from zero in ambiguous environments.
• Experience coaching or mentoring other program managers.
• Background in a consumer technology company, high-scale technology company, or hypergrowth scale-up.
• Experience coordinating launches for AI- or ML-driven products.
