Senior Principal Program Manager (Business Acceleration)

Location: San Jose, California, United States

Salary: $205,000–$260,000 annually, depending on experience, level, and business needs. Discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Lead executive reviews for strategic sales and business initiatives across Sales, Product, Engineering, FAE, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Identify blockers, dependencies, execution risks, and stalled actions; assign owners, track timelines, and drive issues to resolution.
• Create executive-level reporting on progress, risks, business opportunities, and required leadership actions.
• Develop customer and market heatmaps covering AI infrastructure programs, product adoption, competitive dynamics, and whitespace opportunities.
• Build frameworks connecting customer opportunities, product initiatives, and execution priorities to company objectives.
• Monitor semiconductor development, manufacturing, and supply-chain risks across foundry, OSAT, substrate, and other suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in program management, product operations, business acceleration, product management, or a related cross-functional role in semiconductors, hardware, connectivity, computing, or AI infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor and hardware product development processes, including silicon development, validation, tape-out, foundry, packaging, and production.
• Ability to understand complex technical issues and communicate them clearly to technical and executive audiences.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, analytical, organizational, executive communication, and follow-through skills, with demonstrated fluency using AI tools.
• Experience working across Engineering, Product, Sales, FAE, Operations, and/or Supply Chain organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with semiconductor, connectivity, networking, compute, storage, or AI infrastructure products.
• Advanced technical degree.
