Senior Client Data Operations Specialist (Healthcare SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States only; all employees must reside in and be able to work from the U.S. International work is prohibited. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available. Employment is limited to states where hirify.global is registered.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of inbound and outbound client and vendor file integrations, including eligibility, medical and pharmacy claims, prior authorizations, rosters, and vendor transitions.
• Negotiate SFTP and managed file transfer specifications, connection setup, file formats, schedules, error handling, and escalation paths.
• Lead new feed onboarding from kickoff through documented handoff to steady-state operations.
• Establish data quality standards, validate and reconcile incoming files, monitor SLAs, and resolve issues with client technical teams.
• Troubleshoot parse, validate, transform, and load pipeline failures in partnership with engineering.
• Drive workflow improvements, platform enhancements in Client Command Center: Configure, and standardization across clients and vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data operations, data integration, or technical client success, ideally in healthcare SaaS.
• Hands-on experience setting up, troubleshooting, and documenting SFTP or managed file transfer integrations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data formats, including EDI 834/837, HL7, FHIR, NCPDP Post Adjudication, and delimited flat files.
• Experience mapping vendor files to target schemas, profiling and validating data, handling errors, and reconciling incoming feeds.
• Working knowledge of ingestion pipelines, basic SQL or other programming languages, and GitHub or a similar development platform.
• U.S. work authorization and residence in a Vida-registered U.S. state are required; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital health or health benefits platforms and data configuration or administration tooling.
• Experience with Google Cloud Storage or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with HL7 and FHIR clinical data standards.
• Experience standardizing vendor and client data across a portfolio.
