Technical Implementation Specialist (Healthcare Data)

What you will do

• Support implementation and ongoing optimization of the Measurable healthcare product.
• Partner with healthcare clients to gather requirements, validate results, and resolve technical issues.
• Query and analyze client data with SQL to investigate discrepancies, data quality problems, and root causes.
• Validate healthcare quality measures and ensure accurate reporting outcomes.
• Troubleshoot data integration, configuration, and workflow issues across multiple environments and platforms.
• Collaborate with implementation, product, and technical teams while supporting projects from discovery through go-live and documenting resolutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience and the ability to write queries from scratch.
• Strong understanding of relational databases and data relationships.
• Experience with data quality investigation, root-cause analysis, data integrations, ETL processes, or data workflows.
• Experience working directly with clients, customers, or business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and follow information security and HIPAA privacy and security requirements.
