Renewal Specialist - SaaS Contracts

What you will do

• Drive the timely completion of software subscription renewals and related expansions.
• Review renewal terms, customer usage data, and subscription history to determine appropriate renewal options.
• Engage customers proactively before contract expiration and explain relevant subscription options.
• Coordinate renewal quotes and ordering documents with customers, Sales, Customer Success, and Accounting.
• Handle non-routine renewal situations while maintaining customer success, subscription integrity, and profitability.

Requirements

• Experience working in a high-volume environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
• Ability to discuss contract compliance, expansions, and product pricing with customers.
• Exceptional attention to detail when preparing and processing contract paperwork.
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Ability to work occasional irregular or additional hours when supporting global customers during periods of high volume.
• Interest in modern software development and related technologies.
