Filed Application Engineer (Power Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Provide technical support to the sales team for MPS AC/DC products.
• Present products and deliver training to internal sales teams, distributors, and field application engineers.
• Act as the technical interface for customers by analyzing issues, diagnosing problems, and resolving regular application challenges.
• Communicate customer issues and technical information to application engineering and marketing teams.
• Provide marketing feedback on market trends, competitor analysis, and new product definition.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience applying data center power supply products.
• Experience with project management, follow-up, and tracking.
• Strong technical knowledge of products and the ability to train distributors.
• Ability to take initiative in problem solving, adapt to changing conditions, and work effectively with others.
• Bachelor's degree or higher; a master's degree with related experience is preferred.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
