Manager, Learning and Development

Location: Onsite, Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Travel requirement: less than 10%.

Total starting compensation including base and bonus: $128,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead and architect the enterprise Learning & Development function, including its strategy, operating model, governance, and roadmap.
• Build and scale a high-performing L&D team with clear ownership, curriculum standards, and measurable outcomes.
• Design onboarding and manager enablement programs that improve time-to-productivity, performance attainment, and retention.
• Define competency frameworks and lead manager development and performance enablement initiatives.
• Establish learning measurement frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting tied to performance, retention, productivity, and manager effectiveness.
• Partner with People Operations, FP&A, Analytics, and business leaders to connect learning investments with business impact.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior people management experience and success leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience designing manager development programs, onboarding frameworks, and performance enablement initiatives tied to measurable outcomes.
• Experience working in fast-paced, scaling organizations requiring both strategic leadership and tactical execution.
• Ability to facilitate training, design curricula, build tools, coach senior leaders, and lead organizational change.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling enterprise learning programs in growth-stage or technology-driven environments.
