Learning & Development Specialist (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Brighton, Colorado, United States; on-site. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, CO.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 per year plus bonus and Restricted Stock Units.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Learning & Talent Development contact for hirify.global Industries employees and leaders on-site.
• Deliver soft skills training, facilitation, and development programs for frontline and operational workforces.
• Assess talent development needs and share field insights with the broader L&TD team.
• Design and adapt learning materials for the hirify.global Industries context.
• Support onboarding, coaching conversations, and career development for employees.
• Collaborate with L&TD leadership on programming strategy and consistency across sites.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, HR, or a related field.
• Experience or comfort delivering training and facilitation to diverse audiences, including frontline and operational employees.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, autonomy, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
• Familiarity with instructional design fundamentals and content development.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; non-traditional backgrounds are welcome.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Brighton, Colorado; this is an on-site role.
