Location: Hybrid role with a preference for Bay-Area candidates. Offices located in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore. Employees in these hubs are expected in-office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

What you will do
- Own the ARR model and revenue forecasting process in partnership with GTM leadership.
- Lead the EOY GTM budget process and coordinate bottoms-up planning across Sales and Customer Success.
- Manage department-level operational expenses and track budget variances.
- Oversee the monthly commission calculation process and ensure accurate payouts.
- Prepare board materials, executive presentations, and investor data requests.
- Translate complex financial data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or PE/VC.
- Fluency in ARR metrics, SaaS KPIs, and financial planning best practices.
- Strong ability to build and influence relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency with forecasting tools like Pigment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
