GTM Recruiter

Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, United States

Base salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles across sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance.
• Build scalable sourcing channels through outbound recruiting, referrals, and talent communities.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and service-level agreements.
• Develop concise outreach and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Maintain ATS data quality, conversion dashboards, and channel ROI reporting.
• Iterate on recruiting processes to improve funnel performance and hiring speed.

Requirements

• Experience hiring exceptional sales and marketing talent at fast-growing startups, ideally in New York City.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience from job description creation through offer negotiation and signing.
• Strong sourcing skills, an established network, and persistence in building new talent pipelines.
• Data- and process-oriented approach, including tracking time to fill, source yield, and recruiting bottlenecks.
• High agency, persuasive communication, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City or San Francisco office.
