Founding GTM Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $175,000–$210,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple functions.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define talent standards, hiring goals, candidate experience, and employer branding.
• Own candidate coordination and recruiting tools, including hirify.global.
• Build and continuously improve recruiting processes, structures, and operational workflows.
• Represent hirify.global’s mission, product, and market credibly to prospective candidates.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on non-technical and GTM roles.
• Experience closing strong candidates in a competitive market.
• Strong sourcing skills, including proactively finding and engaging candidates.
• High ownership and comfort operating without an established playbook.
• Builder mindset with the ability to create processes and structure from scratch.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in San Francisco or New York City.

• In-house recruiting experience at a high-growth startup.
