GTM Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, United States (on-site)

Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles from sourcing through signed offer.
• Partner with GTM hiring managers to define requirements and maintain a high hiring bar.
• Source, engage, and close candidates who are not actively looking.
• Improve interview loops and talent evaluation frameworks with the founding recruiter and GTM leaders.
• Deliver fast, thoughtful, and respectful candidate experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring across sales, marketing, growth, and operations.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience improving recruiting processes and evaluation frameworks.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and shifting priorities without an established playbook.
• Clear communication skills across written communication, calls, and debriefs.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across multiple GTM functions simultaneously.
• Experience as an early recruiting hire at a scaling company.
• Experience designing GTM interview processes or evaluation frameworks from the ground up.
