Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in New York City or San Francisco, United States

Base salary: $160,000–$215,000 per year, plus equity and benefits. An earlier compensation listing states $130,000–$200,000 with equity.

What you will do

• Source, screen, and close candidates for software engineering, data science, and UX design roles.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and candidate experience.
• Use professional networks to identify and attract technical talent.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and refine recruitment strategies.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting technical talent for product development.
• Strong familiarity with the NYC startup ecosystem.
• Demonstrated sourcing and hiring experience across engineering, data science, and UX design.
• Full-cycle recruitment and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City or San Francisco office.
