Workday Reporting Analyst (People Analytics)

Location: Cracow, Poland or Brasov, Romania. Minimal travel may be required.

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Advanced, Matrix, and Composite Workday reports and dashboards.
• Create complex calculated fields that convert business logic into scalable data outputs.
• Enhance the Manager Insights Hub, Career Hub, and Workday Prism Analytics experience.
• Troubleshoot report performance, data gaps, system updates, and data transfers.
• Apply security domains, privacy controls, and sharing restrictions to protect confidential workforce data.

Requirements

• At least three years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining complex Workday Reporting solutions.
• Deep proficiency with Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer, business objects, data sources, and reporting architecture.
• Experience creating advanced calculated fields and performing multilayered data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and HCM processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience in People Analytics or HR technology environments.
• Exposure to Domo or Tableau.
• Expert Excel skills, including pivot tables and advanced lookup techniques.
