Location: Hybrid role based in Debica, Poland

What you will do

  • Provide first-level support for Workday reporting inquiries and resolve user issues via help cases.
  • Maintain and enhance reporting resources, including FAQs and user guides for HR teams.
  • Perform regular global data audits to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data.
  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
  • Manage report scheduling, documentation, and annual validations to ensure governance compliance.
  • Assist with report testing and access validations to strengthen self-service capabilities.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, data validation, or analytical fields.
  • Experience supporting users through ticketing systems or service-based environments.
  • Knowledge of HR data structures, reporting concepts, and data quality principles.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems, with Workday HCM and Workday Reporting strongly preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or Analytics.
