TL;DR
Analytics Team Lead (AI): Leading an analytics team that builds scalable data models, dashboards, automations, experiments, and AI-generated insights across 13 healthcare markets with an accent on team development, business partnering, and AI-first analytics practices. Focus on designing reusable analytics architecture, translating complex data into decisions for senior stakeholders, and solving cross-functional problems across BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics.
Location: Remote-first, with Madrid or Barcelona preferred; most colleagues are based in Spain. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence or the location of the role. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of 2–3 analysts using structured agile planning, prioritization, and quality standards.
- Coach the team to work AI-first and establish shared libraries, reusable code, and GitHub-based architecture.
- Partner with the VPs of Individual Doctors and Clinics to identify business gaps, opportunities, and analytical priorities.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to support business decisions.
- Build scalable data models, automations, and dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau across 13 markets.
- Translate business needs into requirements for BI, Data Platform, and Product Analytics, while delivering AI-generated insights to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- More than 5 years of relevant analytics experience, including 1–2 years leading analysts.
- Very strong SQL skills; BigQuery experience is preferred, with Python as a plus.
- Experience designing scalable data models and automations, and establishing AI-assisted querying, coding, and reusable analytics practices.
- Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau, statistical modeling, regression analysis, and A/B testing.
- Professional fluency in English and the legal right to work in the relevant country are required.
