What you will do
- Own the full lifecycle of dashboard and reporting initiatives from requirements gathering through launch and enablement.
- Build and optimize Tableau dashboards to provide visibility into pipeline, ARR, revenue forecasting, and KPI attainment.
- Establish and govern KPI definitions and data standards to maintain a single source of truth across GTM systems.
- Design and deploy AI-native workflows using LLMs (Claude, CoPilot) to reduce manual effort in operational design and analysis.
- Partner with FP&A, IT, and Sales Ops Business Partners to translate field needs into technical reporting and system solutions.
- Mentor junior team members on analytical approaches and tools.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Strategy, Data Science, or Corporate Finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce CRM data architecture and pipeline mapping.
- Expert-level skills in Tableau for designing decision-driving dashboards.
- Demonstrated proficiency using AI tools (Claude, Microsoft CoPilot, or similar LLMs) as a core productivity tool.
- Track record of end-to-end project ownership, including requirements, build, and launch.
- Strong communication skills for data storytelling and influencing stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered automation or operational tooling in a business context.
- Familiarity with sales forecasting methodologies and GTM operational frameworks.
- Previous experience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
