Location: Remote, but must reside in Connecticut

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care and personalized treatment.
• Build and grow a sustainable psychiatric practice with a commitment of at least two days per week.
• Conduct prescribing and treatment sessions through office-based, telemedicine, or hybrid practice models.
• Use AI-supported notes, treatment plans, session summaries, and secure telehealth tools.
• Participate in weekly clinical office hours and peer consultations.
• Maintain clinical autonomy while using support for credentialing, billing, scheduling, and patient communication.

Requirements

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Must reside in Connecticut.
• At least two years of PMHNP clinical and prescribing experience.
• Commitment to treating the practice as a primary professional priority rather than occasional supplemental work.
