Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Easton, Pennsylvania, United States. Hybrid clinical partnership with Lafayette College, including 1 day per week onsite at the college and virtual care.

Salary: $120–$140 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing education and ongoing support.
• Monitor progress toward care goals, adjust treatment plans, and intervene proactively to maintain patient safety.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals on integrated care plans; participate in weekly team and supervisory clinical meetings.
• Oversee diagnostic testing, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and perform related clinical activities.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/CRNP/APN license, DEA license, and state prescriptive authority.
• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program and PMHNP-BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience working under licensure.
• Experience working with children and adolescents as a psychiatric nurse practitioner.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Ability to work onsite at Lafayette College one day per week.
