Lead Account Executive (Payments)

Location: Cuajimalpa, Mexico; primarily field sales to area businesses

What you will do

• Sell merchant services offerings to businesses through field sales, face-to-face meetings, telephone communication, and online presentations.
• Manage a portfolio of clients, typically representing $200,000 or more in annual net revenue.
• Identify prospects and revenue opportunities, qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Close additional product and service sales with existing clients and manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain prospect and client records, call notes, scheduled interactions, and reports in Salesforce CRM.
• Develop knowledge of the merchant payments product portfolio and industry developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in B2B sales and cold calling.
• Demonstrated successful performance in a previous sales role.
• Knowledge of the merchant payment industry.
• Strong listening, communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship-building skills.
