What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, and budget management.
• Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions to customers both on-site and remotely.
• Configure hirify.global solutions based on customer requirements and industry best practices.
• Analyze existing spend management processes to identify and drive optimization initiatives.
• Support customers through testing phases, go-live, and hypercare.
• Produce and maintain technical solution documentation and provide regular stakeholder reporting.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT system implementations, ideally within SaaS environments.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Paris, France.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and implementation methodologies.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Spend Management solutions.
• Previous experience in a professional consulting role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV, SAP, or Infor M3.
