What you will do

• Build and maintain the core integrated three-statement and operating model, including scenarios, sensitivities, budgets, and validated assumptions.
• Develop acquisition valuations, due diligence models, pro-forma combined-entity projections, and consolidated models for completed deals.
• Prepare the substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Analyze SaaS metrics, business drivers, cost structures, and operating levers to produce actionable recommendations.
• Use AI and spreadsheet automation to reduce recurring work and strengthen data validation while retaining judgment over manual controls.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Experience with bottom-up short-term forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS unit economics.
• Experience valuing acquisitions, performing due diligence, and integrating acquired entities into consolidated models.
• Deep understanding of business revenue drivers, cost structures, and operational levers.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel, plus a practical understanding of AI and automation capabilities and limitations.
• Ability to work autonomously, own model accuracy and integrity, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership, the board, and investors.
