FP&A Analyst (AI/SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the core three-statement and operating financial models, including scenarios, sensitivities, budgets, and assumption integrity.
• Develop acquisition valuations, due-diligence scenarios, pro-forma combined-entity models, and consolidated views for completed deals.
• Drive financial analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with senior management, the board, and investors.
• Analyze SaaS metrics, revenue drivers, cost structures, and operating levers, turning findings into actionable recommendations.
• Use AI and spreadsheet automation to reduce recurring work and strengthen data validation while retaining human judgment over critical outputs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models, including SaaS revenue recognition and cost treatment.
• Experience with bottom-up forecasting, driver-based long-term modeling, and SaaS unit economics.
• Knowledge of acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, due diligence, and post-close financial integration.
• Deep understanding of business revenue drivers, cost structures, and commercial operating levers.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel, plus a strong understanding of AI and automation tooling.
• Based in Liverpool, United Kingdom.
