Senior FP&A Analyst (SaaS)

What you will do

• Build and maintain the core integrated three-statement and operating financial model, including accounting logic, scenarios, sensitivities, and integrated budgets.
• Build acquisition valuations, scenarios, and pro-forma combined-entity models; evaluate targets, support due diligence, and integrate completed acquisitions.
• Drive the financial substance of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews for senior management, the board, and investors.
• Analyze financial and SaaS metric movements, identify operating drivers, pressure-test assumptions, and model downside cases.
• Apply AI and spreadsheet automation to recurring financial workflows while maintaining appropriate manual validation and financial judgment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of integrated three-statement and operating models and the accounting supporting them.
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue recognition, cost treatment, forecasting, and unit economics.
• Understanding of acquisition valuation, purchase accounting, combined-entity projections, and consolidation mechanics.
• Deep business and commercial acumen, including revenue drivers, cost structures, and operating levers.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, AI tools, and automation for financial modeling and analysis.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement from the Montreal office 1 day per week.
