Business Development Representative (Crypto)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere. Travel may be required for industry events, conferences, and private meetings.

What you will do

• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound sales efforts.
• Use prospecting, personalized email, LinkedIn, and calling to engage target accounts.
• Qualify opportunities by identifying customer pain points and connecting them to hirify.global’s value proposition.
• Partner with Account Executives to strategically penetrate target accounts.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking, notes, and data hygiene in HubSpot.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events, conferences, and private meetings.

Requirements

• Experience as a BDR or SDR in a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong desire to build a career in B2B sales.
• Comfort with cold calling and outbound prospecting at scale.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate value clearly.
• Data-driven mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Curiosity, resilience, ownership, and the ability to meet or exceed opportunity and pipeline targets.

Nice to have

• Experience in reg-tech or crypto.
• Understanding of regulatory landscapes and compliant crypto transactions.
