Compensation: Base salary range $61,817–$78,100 USD (depending on employment status and location), plus quarterly commission and equity incentives.

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, SMS, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile and BANT criteria.
  • Schedule and document qualified meetings in HubSpot for Account Executives.
  • Represent the company at regional and national industry conferences (5-10% travel).
  • Analyze outreach metrics and optimize sequences for higher conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and outcome-based goals.
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% for conferences and events.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs and prospecting tools.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Resilient, coachable, and organized mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
