Location: Onsite at the New York City headquarters when not traveling; domestic and international travel up to 30%

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own government opportunity submissions end to end, including solicitation tracking, proposal writing, and compliance requirements.
• Identify strategic partners, build relationships with government program offices, and shape technology communications for federal stakeholders.
• Develop deep knowledge of the company’s technology, customers, economics, and internal processes.
• Support federal business-unit growth through market expansion strategies and cross-functional execution.
• Travel domestically and internationally for business needs, up to 30% of the time.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, or a high-growth startup.
• Experience or strong interest in aerospace, defense, government affairs, national security, defense technology, or federal program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, financial modeling, and customer presentation skills.
• Demonstrated creative problem solving and ownership of high-impact work.
• Ability to work with significant autonomy in a demanding environment with complex, fast-moving priorities.
